As founder and owner, Rich Garlock is certified as a Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Solution Designer.  Rich is also a Project Management Institute member, MPA (member and founding officer) of the Twin Cities MPA organization. Rich also has 14 years experience as a business executive before providing managment consulting services full time since 1993.
